Return
Before Return, You must Know:
If you have problems with our products, or you change your mind, we are happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging with all included accessories. (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). Since not only the packaging volume and weight of the product are large, but also there are many restrictions on product categories during transportation, please do not return it to our shipping address without contacting us. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please provide your order id / order email when you ask for return service. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless it's our fault (such as, wrong item sent, defective product). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Noted: Whether a product can support return or refund needs to be determined based on the status of the product evaluated by our after-sales team.
Refund
Our refund policy lasts 30 days from purchase date. We are sorry for not offering refund or exchange after 30 days since your purchase date.
Refund Time:
Depending on the bank or credit card, the refund process will be completed in about 1-2 business days. And money will be refunded into your original payment account.
How to Get a Full Refund
To be eligible for a full refund, your product (s) should have one of the following conditions:
- Our warehouse ship a wrong product to you
- The product is defective
- A cancellation requested before item has been sent out
- Your returned item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Cancellation
You can get a full refund if you make a cancellation before we send out your order. Usually we will ship the package within 24 hours.
If your cancellation made after 24 hours, please contact our customer service first. You can easily get in touch with our customer service via email or any online contact method like WhatsApp. Once we confirm that your order has not been processed, you will get a full refund.
If your order is in transit, you still can cancel the order but you have to pay for the cancellation fee. Detailed fee and how to deal with this case, please consult customer service.
Exchange
You can request a Replacement Service:
- Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product does not match the original description of the product in one or more significant respects.
- Within 30 days of receiving the product if the product suffers performance failure.
Freight
Skyfend shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults, Otherwise, Customers need to pay for the replacement shipping.
